Ginés Aparicio Soto is a doctor in civil engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, medal of the Spanish Technical Pre-stressing Association in 1981, medal of the Professional Civil Engineers’ Association in 1984, engineer of the year from the Western Andalusia School of Engineering in 1999. As the manager of the Project and Construction Division of EXPO´92, he was involved and made decisions in the conception and construction of nearly all the bridges mentioned in this documentary.
